This website is operated by Power Pulse Trading FZE, based in FZE Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. It is an industrial electrical stock marketplace and sourcing website intended to help customers identify available stock and submit enquiries by email or WhatsApp.
2. Catalogue information and quotations
Product listings, descriptions, stock lists, specifications, images, prices, discounts, quantities and datasheets are provided for general commercial reference. They do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee of availability, or confirmation that a product is suitable for a particular purpose.
A sale is formed only when Power Pulse Trading FZE issues a written quotation or order confirmation and the parties accept the agreed commercial terms in writing.
3. Prices, discounts and availability
All prices, discount indications, product quantities and stock status are subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry or quotation. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a written quotation, prices do not include freight, insurance, customs clearance, import duties, taxes, VAT, bank charges, installation, testing, or local compliance costs.
Power Pulse Trading FZE may correct typographical, technical, price, stock or data-entry errors and may update, suspend or remove listings without prior notice.
4. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for confirming the part number, technical specification, voltage, rating, compatibility, application, required approvals, and any local regulatory requirements before placing an order. Technical support or sourcing assistance from Power Pulse Trading FZE does not replace the buyer’s own engineering, design, safety or compliance verification.
5. Orders and payment
Payment terms, currency, lead time, validity period, delivery terms and any required deposit will be stated in the written quotation or order confirmation. Power Pulse Trading FZE may require full or partial payment before dispatch, depending on the order and supplier conditions.
6. Shipping & delivery
Power Pulse Trading FZE supports supply and shipment worldwide, with frequent customer support across the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Shipment method, delivery point, risk transfer, insurance, customs clearance, import permits, duties, local taxes and applicable Incoterms® rules will be confirmed in the quotation or order confirmation. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate consignee, delivery and import information and for meeting destination-country requirements unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Returns, shortages and claims
Returns require prior written approval from Power Pulse Trading FZE. Special-order, non-stock, installed, altered, damaged, used or incorrectly ordered products may not be returnable. Any shortage, transit damage or discrepancy must be reported promptly with supporting photographs, packing details and delivery documents.
8. Intellectual property and third-party brands
8.1 Independent trading business.
Power Pulse Trading FZE is an independent, licensed trading and sourcing business operating the Power Pulse Global marketplace. We may offer, list, source, sell or facilitate the supply of industrial electrical products from our own stock and independent supply channels.
8.2 Use of third-party brand names.
This website may refer to third-party brand names, trademarks, product names, model numbers, reference numbers, product descriptions, compatibility information, catalogues and datasheets solely to identify products that may be offered, listed, requested or sourced through the marketplace.
8.3 Ownership of marks.
All third-party brand names, logos, trademarks, product names, technical documents and other intellectual-property rights remain the property of their respective owners. Power Pulse Trading FZE does not claim ownership of any third-party trademark, logo, brand, catalogue or manufacturer material.
8.4 No affiliation or authorisation.
Unless expressly confirmed by Power Pulse Trading FZE in writing, references to a third-party brand do not mean that Power Pulse Trading FZE is an authorised distributor, dealer, agent, representative, partner, affiliate, sponsor or endorsed supplier of that brand.
8.5 No implied commercial relationship.

8.6 Trading licence.

8.7 Product information and warranties.
Product availability, authenticity, condition, technical suitability, warranty status, manufacturer support and compatibility must be confirmed in the relevant written quotation, order confirmation or sales documentation. Any manufacturer warranty applies only where specifically confirmed in writing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Power Pulse Trading FZE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business-loss damages arising from website use, product information, delayed availability, shipping delays or third-party supplier performance. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Unless a written agreement provides otherwise, the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these website terms.
